Also known as Vigna angularis, Adjuki Bean
Red grain in a more elongated and thin shape with a slightly sweet flavor and creamy texture when cooked.
CRANBERRY BEANS
Also known as Phaseolus vulgaris, Borlotti Bean, Roman Bean
It has a light cream color with intense reddish spots and some black stripes. Very colorful grain and its grains have a more rounded shape (oval).

In the shape of a “kidney” which gives it its name. In Brazil, it has the characteristic of having a darker reddish tone, whilist overseas it tends to be a shade lighter.
